Roasted Sockeye Salmon, Asparagus, Pineapple, Shrimp Salad with Pecans, Cheddar Cheese and Balsamic Dressing

Roasted Wild Sockeye Salmon
Ingredients-
Sockeye Salmon
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
Fresh Parsley
1 lemon

Directions-
1) Rub oil over the fish. Add a dash of salt, pepper, minced garlic, chopped parsley and a small squeeze of lemon juice. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°.

Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients-
Fresh Asparagus
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic

Directions-
1) Rinse, cut off the hard ends. Toss with vegetable oil and a dash of salt, pepper and minced garlic. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°

Grilled Pineapple
Ingredients-
Fresh Pineapple

Directions-
1) Slice and grill for a few minutes.

Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients-
Large Raw Shrimp
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
Paprika

1) Sauté the shrimp in oil with a dash of each of the seasonings.
