Baked Pork Chips with Collard Greens & Corn on the Cob

Ingredients-
6 bone-in pork chops
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, minced
Ground Paprika

Directions-
1) Season pork chops with salt, pepper, minced garlic & ground paprika.
2) Drizzle oil over top. Bake for 45 minutes at 375°.

Collards Greens
Ingredients-
2 bundles fresh collards
49oz Chicken Broth
Salt
Black Pepper
Dash of Granulated Sugar
1 Vidalia Onion, chopped

Directions-
Thoroughly rinse and slice greens. Boil in chicken broth with salt, pepper, minced garlic, dash of sugar and 1 vidalia onion for a several hours.

Corn on the Cob
Ingredients-
4 Ears of Yellow Corn
4 tbsp butter
1 Garlic Clove, minced
Dried parsley

Directions-
Rinse corn on the cob and slice. Cook in water for 15 minutes. Drain. Sauté in butter, minced garlic and dried parsley until brown.
