Baked Tilapia

Ingredients-

  • 4 Fresh Tilapia filets
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 lg Garlic Clove, minced
  • Dried Basil
  • Ground Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Directions-

  1. Preheat you oven to 400 degrees Bake. Season each tilapia filet with a dash of salt, pepper, minced garlic, dried basil and ground paprika.
  2. Lay the filets in a large baking dish. Cut the tbsp of butter into 4 pieces and add a piece on each filet. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees.

Corn on the Cob

Ingredients-

  • 4 Ears of Yellow Corn, cut into 3rds
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Garlic Powder
  • Ground Paprika
  • Few stalks of Green Onions, sliced

Directions-

  1. Thoroughly rinse the corn and slice each ear into 3rds.
  2. Boil the corn in a large pot of water for 7 minutes.
  3. Remove the corn from the water and rub butter over top. Season with a dash of garlic and ground paprika. Garnish with green onions. Serve the tilapia filets with the corn.
