Corn Medallions with Garlic Herb Butter

Ingredients-
- 4 fresh ears of yellow Corn
- 5 tbsp Salted Sweet Cream Butter
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced or 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- few Sprigs of fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions-
- Pull the husks and hairs off the corn and discard. Thoroughly rinse the corn and cut each ear into 3rds.
- Boil for 7 minutes. Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave for 5-10 seconds. Mix with the garlic and parsley.
- Brush the garlic herb butter over the corn and serve.
