Baked Pork Chops with Mushrooms & Collard Greens

Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients-

  • 6 bone-in Pork Chops
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • Ground Paprika
  • Dried Basil

Directions-

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Bake.
  2. Season the pork chops with a dash of each of the seasonings.
  3. Lay them in a large baking dish. Add the butter, cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Mushrooms

Ingredients-

  • 24 small Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 small Garlic Clove, minced
  • Few fresh parsley leaves, chopped

Directions-

  1. In a medium saucepan, add the mushrooms and enough water to cover them. Add 1/2 tbsp of butter, a dash of salt, pepper, garlic and chopped parlsey.
  2. Stir and simmer for 10-12 minutes over medium heat.

Collard Greens

Ingredients-

  • 2 bundles fresh Collard Greens
  • 48 oz Unsalted Chicken Broth
  • 1 large Vidalia Onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 packs Wiley’s Greens Seasoning Mix

Directions-

  1. Thoroughly rinse the greens and cut into 1 inch pieces.
  2. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the greens, chopped onion and greens seasoning pack.
  3. Cover and simmer for a couple hours.
