Baked Pork Chops with Mushrooms & Collard Greens


Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients-
- 6 bone-in Pork Chops
- 3 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- Ground Paprika
- Dried Basil
Directions-
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Bake.
- Season the pork chops with a dash of each of the seasonings.
- Lay them in a large baking dish. Add the butter, cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.


Mushrooms
Ingredients-
- 24 small Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 small Garlic Clove, minced
- Few fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Directions-
- In a medium saucepan, add the mushrooms and enough water to cover them. Add 1/2 tbsp of butter, a dash of salt, pepper, garlic and chopped parlsey.
- Stir and simmer for 10-12 minutes over medium heat.

Collard Greens
Ingredients-
- 2 bundles fresh Collard Greens
- 48 oz Unsalted Chicken Broth
- 1 large Vidalia Onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 packs Wiley’s Greens Seasoning Mix
Directions-
- Thoroughly rinse the greens and cut into 1 inch pieces.
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the greens, chopped onion and greens seasoning pack.
- Cover and simmer for a couple hours.
