Chocolate Blackberry Oatmeal

Ingredients-

  • 1/2 c Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1 tbsp. Organic Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Semisweet Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 c 2% Milk
  • 4 or 5 Fresh Blackberries
  • Few Salted Peanuts, crushed
  • Few Semisweet Mini Chocolate Chips to garnish

Directions-

  1. In a small bowl, mix the oatmeal with the water and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir in 1 tbsp of the chocolate chips.
  2. Pour the oatmeal in a bowl. Pour in the milk. Top with the blackberries, peanuts and a few more chocolate chips.
