
Ingredients
- 6 bone-in Pork Chops
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 or 4 tbsp Flour
- 3 10.5 oz cans Condensed Beef Broth
- 1 large Garlic Clove, minced
- Dash of Onion Powder
- Black Pepper
- 20 Pearl Onions
- 1 1/2 c Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 1 lb Fresh Green Beans
- 1 1/2 c dry Brown Rice


Directions-
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Lay them in a large baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour, beef broth, minced garlic, a dash of onion powder and black pepper. Stir until thickened.
- Pour gravy over chops, cover and bake for 2 hours at 375 degrees.
- Add the pearl onions and mushrooms to the dish, cover and bake for another hour. Serve with rice and green beans.

Brown Rice
Directions-
Boil the rice for 30 minutes. Rinse and mix in 1 tbsp butter.

Green Beans
Directions-
- Thoroughly rinse the green beans and cut off the hard ends.
- Cover with water in large saucepan and bring to medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain water and season with salt, pepper and garlic.
