
Ingredients-
- 1 1/2 medium raw Shrimp
- 2 large Broccoli Crowns
- OEVOO (Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 large Garlic Clove, minced
- Red Pepper Flakes
Directions-
- Peel and devein the shrimp. Sauté them in oil with salt, pepper, minced garlic, onion powder and ground paprika for 5 minutes. Transfer shrimp to a plate.
- Rinse and cut up the broccoli crowns. Sear the florets in oil with salt, pepper, garlic and a dash of red pepper flakes for 8 minutes.
- Stir the shrimp into the broccoli.
