Chewy No Bake Chocolate Chip & Salted Peanut Granola Bars


Ingredients-
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2/3 c Light Brown Sugar
- 2/3 c Pure Honey
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 1/2 c Quick Cooking Oats
- 3 1/2 c Rice Krispy Cereal
- 2/3 Salted Peanuts
- 1/3 c Semisweet Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions-
- Melt the butter, brown sugar and honey in a pan over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove pan from heat and mix in the vanilla extract, oats, rice cereal and 1/3 of the peanuts.
- Spread mixture out onto a large baking dish. (I used a 14″ x 10″W x 3″H baking pan). Add the chocolate chips and the rest of the peanuts on top and lightly flatten across with a spatula. Do not press down to hard, or the bars with be hard.
- Use a sharp knife and cut into small even sections. (6 rows down & 6 rows across). This recipe makes 36 bars.
