Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients-
5 Chicken Breasts
Broccoli
Carrots
Mushrooms
Vidalia Onion
Red Bell Pepper
Orange Bell Pepper
Cob Corn
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
2 large Garlic Cloves
Ground Paprika
Celery Seeds
Sesame Seeds
6 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
oz Chicken Broth
3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour (to thicken the broth)
1/2 naval orange
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Basil

Directions-
1) Rinse the broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and bell peppers thoroughly. Slice them and the onion into bite size pieces. Drain the cob corn.
2) Slice the chicken into strips and sauté in oil, 1 tbsp butter, kosher salt, black pepper, a go and ground paprika.
3) Sauté the vegetables in oil, 3 tbsp butter, the seasonings, teriyaki sauce,  juice from half of the orange & chicken broth for 8 minutes on high heat. Add flour and stir. Remove from heat and stir the chicken into the vegetables. Serve with freshly chopped parsley, basil and orange wedges.
