
Baked Tilapia

Ingredients-
- 6 Tilapia Filets
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- Ground Paprika
- Dried Parsley
- 3 tbsp Butter


Directions-
- Season each filet with a dash of each of the seasonings. Lay in a baking dish and add 1/2 tbsp of butter over each filet.
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 400.
Shrimp Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients-
- 1 lb large raw shrimp
- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- Ground Paprika
- 3 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
- half of a 32oz container of chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Flour
Directions-
- Peel and de-vein the shrimp. Sauté in oil with salt, pepper, minced garlic and ground paprika until pink.
- Sauté the vegetables in oil and 1 tbsp butter with salt, pepper, minced garlic, the teriyaki sauce and chicken broth for about 10 minutes.
- Add 2tbsp flour (to thicken the sauce) and stir.
- Remove from heat and stir the shrimp into the vegetables.
