Ingredients-
- Chicken Breasts
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Dried Basil
- Garlic Cloves
- Dried Oregano
- Dried Parsley
- Ground Paprika
- Onion Powder
- Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise. Season on both sides with a dash of each of the seasonings. Sear on high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli Directions-
- Rinse and slice the broccoli. Toss with vegetable oil, a dash of salt, pepper, minced garlic and a good squeeze of lemon. Bake for 20 minutes at 400.
Sauteed Garlic Paprika Shrimp Directions-
- Saute the shrimp in vegetable oil with a dash of salt, pepper, paprika and minced garlic.
