Ingredients-

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Dried Basil
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Dried Oregano
  • Dried Parsley
  • Ground Paprika
  • Onion Powder

Directions-

  1. Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise. Season on both sides with a dash of each of the seasonings. Sear on high heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli Directions-

  1. Rinse and slice the broccoli. Toss with vegetable oil, a dash of salt, pepper, minced garlic and a good squeeze of lemon. Bake for 20 minutes at 400.

Sauteed Garlic Paprika Shrimp Directions-

  1. Saute the shrimp in vegetable oil with a dash of salt, pepper, paprika and minced garlic.

Salad Ingredients-

  • Butter Lettuce
  • Baby Spinach
  • Mandarin Oranges
